TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By agreeing to these terms & conditions and placing an order, you are in a binding agreement with us. Once we have received your order, you will receive an email notification with your order details. We reserve the right to not confirm your order in the event we could not verify your information or the stock level was incorrect at the time of your order. Following your order confirmation, items are shipped the same or next business day(s) depending on the time of order. 

If you choose to decline receipt of your package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping or taxes incurred for the return shipment. Gorp Goods is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments and stolen package/claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.

Please be aware that most items are vintage and/or second-hand and have been previously worn. Each item may show varying degrees of wear; we purposefully photograph and document every item to ensure listing accuracy. Carefully review photos and description, including measurements, to decide if an item is right for you. Although we try our best to provide a comprehensive depiction of each item, minor wear may not be explicitly shown/stated. As a result, returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time.
